C&W Body Shop, Inc. was founded in 1969 by Michael "Mick" Cecil. We are located five miles south of Greenfield, IN, 1/8th of a mile west of State Road 9 on County Road 500 South. C&W participates in the direct repair program (DRP) of several major insurance companies. In a DRP, we take the place of the insurance adjuster. When contacting the insurance company paying for repairs, ask if they have a direct repair program and if C&W is a participant. If yes, your insurance company will assign your repair to us. We will contact you to let you know we have received an assignment and ask when we can see your vehicle to write the estimate. Once we complete the estimate and you sign a few forms, you can schedule your repairs with us. We will bill your insurance company and notify you when repairs are complete. If the insurance company doesn't offer a DRP or they do and C&W isn't a participant, you can still bring your vehicle here for repairs. Simply let your insurance company know where you want your vehicle repaired. An insurance adjuster will write an estimate. C&W will work off the insurance company estimate. If additional damage is found, we will contact your insurance company and they will write a supplement to the original estimate. Remember that YOU have the right to choose where to have your vehicle repaired. Our facilities allow us to return your vehicle to its pre-accident condition. C&W uses a downdraft brake paint booth to ensure a paint finish that will match the original factory finish. Our frame rack accurately measures the dimensions of the vehicle so it is repaired to original factory specifications. C&W offers a free written warranty for repairs we perform.
